-في التعديل- إن شركة الخليج للصناعات الدوائية (جلفار) Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries المسجلة بتاريخ 12/6/1996، تحت رقم 2100 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 30/12/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 17058/2009 بأنها قررت، في 14/9/2009، تعيين الدكتور راي رفيق نجم مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وذلك بدلا من الدكتورة رويدة سامي دهام. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
