إن شركة International Heraled Tribune المسجلة بتاريخ 3/1/2001، تحت رقم 2149 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 7/1/2010 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 203/2010، بأنها قررت، في 8/10/2009، تعيين السيدة Eleni Konstantopoulou كممثلة لها في لبنان لتحل محل السيد جميل مروّه، مع منحها سند توكيل مؤرخ في 2/12/2009، ينيط بها جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة لادارة مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
