-في التعديل- إن شركة RADIO & TV PLESTINE-TODAY NETWORK FOR INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 19/3/2009، تحت رقم 2498 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 11/2/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2123/2010، بأنها قرّرت قبول استقالة مدير فرعها في لبنان السيد زياد عبد الناصر كعكاتي، وتعيين اللبناني السيد محي الدين محمد الرفاعي مديرا للفرع المذكور بدلا منه، مع منح هذا الاخير كافة الصلاحيات الضرورية؛ وقد جرى ذلك كله بموجب القرار الاداري المتخذ في 26/1/2010. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي العلم والخبر
