- في التعديل - ان شركة Merck Sharp & Dohme IDEA, Inc، المسجلة بتاريخ 6/7/1999، تحت رقم 2077 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/6/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8629/2010، بأنها عينت السيد غسان ابراهيم بيضون، كممثل فعلي وقانوني لها ليقوم، باسمها وبالنيابة عنها في لبنان، بكل أو بعض الأمور الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل المعطى بهذا الخصوص، والصالح اعتبارا من 30 نيسان 2010، والذي يمكن إلغاؤه في أي وقت، والذي يحل محل كافة الوكالات الصادرة في السابق والتي عينت رئيسا لمكتب التمثيل. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
