ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القرار رقم 10358 تاريخ 14/1/2010 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2010،

وبناء على احكام قانون النقد والتسليف،

وبناء على القرار "الثاني" من محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي "شركة خدمات بطاقات الائتمان ش.م.ل." المنعقدة بتاريخ 29/6/2009،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 16/15/10 تاريخ 28/4/2010،

وبناء على كتاب "شركة خدمات بطاقات الائتمان ش.م.ل." تاريخ 14/6/2010،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة المؤسسات المالية اسم "شركة خدمات بطاقات الائتمان ش.م.ل." المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 30.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
