إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 1876 تاريخ 1/7/2010 .

وحيث ان كافة المرشحين قد رجعوا عن ترشيحهم لعضوية مجلس بلدية خلوات،

بناء على ضرورات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

المادة الاولى: يكلف قائمقام حاصبيا القيام بأعمال بلدية الخلوات - قضاء حاصبيا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: ينشر هذا القرار ويعمل به فور نشره.
