ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 63 تاريخ 5/5/2010 القاضي بتأجيل الانتخابات الاختيارية في بلدة المريجات - قضاء زحلة،

بناء على طلب أهالي بلدة المريجات تكليف العضو الأكبر سنا في المجلس الاختياري السابق،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يكلف السيد مارون انطون بشعلاني القيام بمهام مختارية بلدة المريجات - قضاء زحلة لحين انتخاب مختار اصيل.
