-في التعديل- إن شركة مصرف الرافدين، المسجلة بتاريخ 4/1/1965، تحت رقم 350 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 3/7/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9897/2010 بأنه استنادا للامر الوزاري المرقم 1008/22994، تاريخ 23/5/2010، الصادر عن وزارة المالية العراقية/الدائرة الادارية/قسم المواد البشرية، تقرر تعيين كل من السيد مهند محمد علي سعيد مديرا لفرع المصرف في بيروت، والسيد صباح انور سعيد معاون مدير لفرع بيروت. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
