-في التعديل- إن شركة 3M Gulf Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 21/3/1995، تحت رقم 976 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 14/7/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10470/2010، بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة المنعقد في 20/5/2010، تعيين السيدة رلى عيد كمديرة جديدة لفرعها في لبنان وكممثلة ووكيلة عن الشركة مع منحها سند توكيل لتكون وكيلة الشركة في لبنان وسوريا والمملكة الاردنية الهاشمية، ولتقوم باسم الشركة وبالنيابة عنها بجميع أو باحدى الامور الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل هذا المؤرخ في 20/5/2010 . وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
