-في التعديل- إن شركة Societe pour L'Exportation Des Produits Nestle S.A، المسجلة بتاريخ 11/7/2008، تحت رقم 2161 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 21/7/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10845/2010، بأنها منحت، وفقا لقرار مجلس الادارة المنعقد في 10/6/2010، تفويضا الى السيد ابراهيم كنعان كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان بغية القيام بالامور المذكورة في التفويض المؤرخ في 10/6/2010، والذي يلغي ويحل مكان التفويض المعطى الى السيد Ludovic TOULEMONDE بتاريخ 29/5/2008، والذي يكون ساري المفعول بدءا من 1 تموز 2010 . وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
