ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 4765 تاريخ 19/8/2010 المتضمن تكليف مختار حي البساتين في مدينة صور لانجاز معاملات تبديل مكان واستحداث سجل خاص بالقرية،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف مختار حي البساتين في مدينة صور السيد علي عسكر القيام باعمال مختارية قرية طربيخا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
