إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون السير 76/67 تاريخ 26/12/1967 لا سيما المادة 302 منه،

بناء على القرار رقم 2324 تاريخ 19/12/2009 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 1123 تاريخ 1/7/2010

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمدد العمل بمضمون القرار رقم 1123 تاريخ 1/7/2010 المتعلق بتحديد توقيت سير الشاحنات والآليات الكبيرة استثنائيا في محافظتي جبل لبنان وبيروت اعتبارا من 13/9/2010 وحتى إشعار آخر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تكلف المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي تنفيذ مضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
