ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10357 تاريخ 14/1/2010 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2010،

وبناء على كتاب السيد محمد خالد دقور تاريخ 10/12/2009 بصفته صاحب "مؤسسة دقور للصيرفة لصاحبها محمد خالد دقور"،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "مؤسسة دقور للصيرفة لصاحبها محمد خالد دقور" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 648.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
