ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على قرار وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 2167 تاريخ 14/12/2010 القاضي بإنشاء بلدية جديدة تسمى بلدية الدلافة - قضاء حاصبيا - محافظة النبطية،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف قائمقام حاصبيا بأعمال بلدية الدلافة - قضاء حاصبيا - محافظ النبطية وذلك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
