إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ البقاع رقم 4153 تاريخ 25/11/2010،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الفاكهة والجديدة - قضاء بعلبك - محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام بعلبك القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الفاكهة والجديدة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
