- في التعديل - ان شركة Societe Nationale d'Exploitation Industrielle des Tabacs et Allumettes SEITA S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 11/5/2004، تحت رقم 2283 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/11/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 17916/2010، بأنها قد عينت السيد Sebastien Jean Victor GRUERE، ممثلا حقيقيا وشرعيا لها وباسمها في لبنان بغية تحقيق كل أو جزء من العمال والاجراءات المذكورة في التفويض الذي يكون نافذا في 28/9/2010، ويكون صالحا طيلة فترة ممارسة السيد GRUERE لمهامه كممثل لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان. كما ان هذا التفويض ممكن الرجوع عنه كليا أو جزئيا في أي وقت. هذا مع الاشارة الى ان الشركة المذكورة أعلاه قد تم رفع رأسمالها الى /363395079.20/ يورو، كما جرى نقل مركزها الى العنوان التالي: Romain Rolland- 75685 PARIS Cedex 14 France وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
