إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد حسام وجيه خاطر المتضمن طلب نقل اسمه في جدول الخبراء من فرع المساحة - محافظة بيروت الى فرع التخمين في المحافظة المذكورة،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ 16/2/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب اسم الخبير السيد حسام وجيه خاطر من فرع المساحة محافظة بيروت وينقل الى فرع التخمين في المحافظة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
