- في التعديل - إن شركة Union Bancaire Privee,UBP المسجلة بتاريخ 18/4/2007، تحت رقم 2414 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 21/2/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجّل لدينا بالرقم 2512/2011، بانه، خلال العام 2010، وتطبيقا لقانون الشركات السويسري الذي فرض زيادة عبارة "SA" على اسم جميع الشركات المساهمة، تم تعديل اسم المصرف ليصبح: "Union Bancaire Privee,UBP SA" وفق ما هو ثابت من مستخرج عن السجل التجاري في جنيف. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
