المادة 1

في التعديل إن شركة Capital Trust S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 25/8/1997، تحت رقم 1059 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 2/3/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3054/2011، بأن الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة قد قررت في 22/12/2009 نقل مركزها في اللوكسمبورغ الى: British Virgin Islands, C/O Rawlinson & Hunter Woodbourne Hall,P O Box, 3162,Road Town,Tortola وبالتالي تم تغيير جنسيتها، كما قررت تغيير اسمها من Capital Trust S.A. الى CTSA HOLDINGS LIMITED، علما بأن مدير مكتب التمثيل السيد بسّام أبو ردينه لا زال في مركزه مع جميع الصلاحيات المعطاة له. ان هذه القرارات جرى التصديق عليها من قبل مدراء الشركة في اجتماع انعقد في 11/11/2010. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
