في التعديل إن شركة Philips Electronics Middle East & Africa B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 25/2/2010، تحت رقم 2540 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 15/3/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3856/2011 ، بأنها قررت تعيين السيد Jens-Jakob Gustmann كمدير لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ووكيل الشركة الموثوق والقانوني، مع صلاحية القيام بالمهام المذكورة في قرار مجلس الادارة المنعقد في 17/1/2011، هذا ويحل السيد Gustmann محل السيد لويس جورج حكيم كمدير لمكتب التمثيل المذكور. إشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
