ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10629 تاريخ 14/1/2011 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2011،

وبناء على قراري المجلس المركزي رقم 15/24/10 تاريخ 21/7/2010 ورقم 12/2/11 تاريخ 19/1/2011،

واستنادا الى شهادة التسجيل تاريخ 11/1/2011 الصادرة عن امانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1013031،

وبناء على كتاب مدير فرع «بنك قطر الوطني (شركة مساهمة قطرية(» في لبنان تاريخ 20/5/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم «بنك قطر الوطني (شركة مساهمة قطرية)» على لائحة المصارف ويعطى الرقم 136 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
