ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى امانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1007859 تاريخ 28/2/2008 باسم شركة «جامعة الشرق ش.م.ل.» ممثلة بشخص السيد توفيق احمد العوجى الذي يوقع عنها بالانفراد،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 3769 تاريخ 27/12/2010 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح شركة «جامعة الشرق ش.م.ل.»، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر باسم «جامعة الشرق للنشر والترجمة AL SHARQ UNIVERSITY PRESS » يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد خالد عبد الغني عيتاني، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
