إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 1158 تاريخ 17/5/2011،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد علي رشيد مرتضى باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة وادي الكرم - قضاء الهرمل، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد علي حسين مرتضى لاتمام مدة الولاية.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
