ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 35 تاريخ 9/5/1977،

بناء على قرار وزير الزراعة رقم 170/1ت تاريخ 17/6/2011 والمنشور في الجريدة الرسمية العدد 31 تاريخ 7/7/2011،

بناء على مراجعة أصحاب العلاقة وبعد الاستقصاءات من قبل إدارة التعاون،

بناء على المعطيات الجديدة التي توفرت لوزير الزراعة وحفاظا على المصلحة العامة وعلى مصلحة المنتسبين الى الصندوق.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 170/1ت تاريخ 17/6/2011 بجميع حيثياته ومفاعيله.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
