ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 428/ب تاريخ 4/7/2011،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية رشعين - قضاء زغرتا - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام زغرتا القيام باعمال مجلس بلدية رشعين حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
