ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2011 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10630 تاريخ 14/1/2011 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2011،

وبناء على محضر جلسة الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركاء في شركة "نيو لاين اكس شاينج ترست كومباني ش.م.ل." المنعقدة بتاريخ 19/8/2011،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 23/8/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم شركة "نيو لاين اكس شاينج ترست كومباني ش.م.لز" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 679 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
