إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة 16 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10630 تاريخ 14/1/2011 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2011،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 4/7/11 تاريخ 13/10/2011،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة لاتن للصيرفة - محمود الغندور وشريكه» المسجّل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 718 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسميّة ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
