(CLOSED) المسجَّلة بتاريخ 20/9/2004، تحت رقم 2304 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 15/11/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 18993/2011، بأنَّها قرَّرت تعيين وتوكيل السيد حسان المقداد مديراً جديداً لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة المعطاة له بموجب التوكيل الرسمي الموقع بتاريخ 8/10/2009 .
