إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير المهندس السيد طوني ميشال الريشاني المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة جبل لبنان،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى تاريخ 17/11/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه اسم المهندس السيد طوني ميشال الريشاني من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
