-في التعديل- إن شركة COLGATE - PALMOLIVE S.A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 28/9/2011، تحت رقم 2628 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/2/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1381/2012، بأنها قد قررت تعيين السيدة سنتيا صقال Cynthia SACCAL بصفة مدير مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، بدلا من السيد غسان معوض، مع منح السيدة صقال الصلاحيات اللازمة؛ وذلك كله بموجب قرار استبدال مدير مكتب التمثيل في لبنان بتاريخ 23/1/2012 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
