- في التعديل - ان شركة تراين ش.م.Trane S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 10/4/1999، تحت رقم 2061 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/3/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3145/2012، بأنها قد أقامت وعينت السيدة دينا شنن كمدير لفرعها في لبنان، ولتكون الوكيل القانوني للشركة لتعمل في مركز الشركة وتقوم بإسمها، وبالنيابة عنها بالأمور والأعمال الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل الموقع في 14/2/2012، والذي تنتهي صلاحيته في 31/12/2012 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
