- في التعديل - ان شركة Byblos Global Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 10/11/2008، تحت رقم 2480 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/4/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5407/2012، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر جمعية عمومية غير عادية للشركة المؤرخ في 2/4/2012، تعيين مدير إضافي لفرع الشركة في لبنان يونيكاب هو الاستاذ ميشال سلامه سعد، وهو يوقع عن الشركة بالاتحاد والانفراد مع المدير السيد بسام حجار، مع منح الاستاذ سعد كل الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
