إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير المهندس السيد هيسم محمد اديب رشيد، المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع هندسة الاشغال العامة - محافظة بيروت،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ 18/4/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه اسم المهندس السيد هيسم محمد اديب رشيد من جدول الخبراء فرع هندسة الاشغال العامة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
