ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10891 تاريخ 11/1/2012 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2012،

وبناء على محضر جلسة الجمعية العمومية غير العادية ل «شركة ايلي الخوري وشركاه للصيرفة ش.م.م.» المنعقدة بتاريخ 31/3/2012،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 12/4/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة ايلي الخوري وشركاه للصيرفة ش.م.م.» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 692 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
