ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب رقم 25 تاريخ 8/10/2008، وتعديله بالقانون رقم 59 تاريخ 27/12/2008، لا سيما المادتين 45 و78 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8277 تاريخ 12/6/2012 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية في دائرة قضاء الكورة لانتخاب نائب عن المقعد الارثوذكسي الذي شغر بوفاة النائب فريد اسحق يوسف حبيب،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: - تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لدائرة قضاء الكورة الى /128/ قلم اقتراع، لانتخاب نائب عن المقعد الارثوذكسي الذي شغر بوفاة النائب فريد اسحق يوسف حبيب، وذلك على الوجه الآتي:

مادة 2: - ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
