ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 364 تاريخ 1/6/2010 (ابدال اسم المطبوعة ليصبح Weddings and sporteve)

بناء على الطلب المقدم من شركة ترايس ميديا ليمتد ممثلة بشخص السيد طوني جرجس عيد والمسجل تحت رقم 1427 تاريخ 14/5/2012 (طلب ابدال اسم المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم الطبوعة {Weddings and sporteve} الشهرية، غير السياسية، ليصبح {ENERGY REVIEW}» على ان تستمر الصحافية جانت طانيوس مسعد بتحمل مسؤوليتها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
