إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999، لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه،

بناء على كتاب مختار قرية العريضة - قضاء عكار تاريخ 13/1/2011 والمسجل في المديرية الإدارية المشتركة برقم 14370 تاريخ 30/8/2012،

يقرر ما يلي:

مادة 1: تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة: -مختار القرية: علي أسعد خالد---رئيساً- -محمد خالد مصطفى--------------عضواً- -طلال خالد خالد--------------------عضواً- مهمتها: الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الإنمائية في القرية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
