إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشيكل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2803 تاريخ 14/4/2000 (منح المنظمة العربية للترجمة بعض الاعفاءات والمزايا والحصانات).

بناء على الطلب المقدم من «المنظمة العربية للترجمة»، والمسجل تحت رقم 2017 تاريخ 5/7/2012 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح «المنظمة العربية للترجمة»، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر باسم «المنظمة العربية للترجمة» يتحمل مسؤوليتها الدكتور موريس جميل ابو ناضر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
