-في التعديل - إن شركة Opera Pubbliche SPA المسجلة بتاريخ 3/12/1997، تحت رقم 1080 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/12/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8245/2012، بأنها قد عينت المهندس Roberto Gariazzo ممثلا لفرعها في لبنان، وذلك بموجب كتاب صادر عن المدير التنفيذي والممثل القانوني للشركة بتاريخ 29/11/2012 . وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
