- في التعديل - إن شركة Intraco Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 9/12/2003، تحت رقم 2267 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/1/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 302/2013، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد في 11/12/2012، عزل السيد شادي لويس من منصبه كمدير لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، وتعيين السيد عبد الله سقَّال مديراً جديداً لهذا المكتب بمفعول فوري، مع منح هذا الأخير الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
