-في التعديل- إن شركة ASTROPHYSICS INC. المسجلة بتاريخ 11/1/2010، تحت رقم 2528 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/12/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 19524/2012، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار صادر عن مجلس الإدارة وموقع في 6/6/2012، تحويل مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان الى فرع. وكذلك تقرر بأن السيد Francois Zayek قد عُين ممثل الشركة ومدير عام هذا الفرع، وأنيط بكل الصلاحيات لتحويل المكتب التمثيل الى فرع وإدارته. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
