المادة 1

-في التعديل- إن شركة المباني - مقاولون عامون ش.ذ.م.م. المسجلة بتاريخ 16/1/1984، تحت رقم 905 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/2/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1543/2013، بأنها قد قررت، في 5/12/2005، تعديل العقد التأسيسي للشركة على النحو التالي: أولاً: أصبح الشركاء المالكون هم: -السيدة ساره بنت كمال بن ابراهيم أدهم. -المهندس نعمه يوسف طعمه. ثانياً: تقرر تعديل رأسمال الشركة على النحو التالي: حُدد رأسمال الشركة ب/50.000.000/ ريال فقط خمسين مليون ريال سعودي. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
