ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11327 تاريخ 14/1/2013 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2013،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 2/27/11 تاريخ 7/9/2012،

وبناء على كتاب ممثل فرع «بنك الاستثمار ش.م.ع (شركة مساهمة عامة)» في لبنان رقم م ر/إع/1721/ش/2013 تاريخ 23/2/2013 .

يقرر ما يأتي

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم «بنك الاستثمار ش.م.ع (شركة مساهمة عامة)» على لائحة المصارف ويعطى الرقم 141 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
