ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19

47، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2563/4 تاريخ 15/2/2013،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد نظير علي دندش، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة وادي النيرة - قضاء الهرمل، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد عبد الناصر مرشد دندش، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
