المادة 1

-في التعديل- إن شركة METINVEST INTERNATIONAL SA المسجلة بتاريخ 20/9/2000، تحت رقم 2131 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/4/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4024/2013، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس المدراء المنعقد في 19/2/2013، قبول طلب تقاعد السيد Dikran Kaychian مدير فرع لبنان، كما وتعيين السيد Volodymyr Shakhovyy كممثل للشركة ومدير فرعها في لبنان، وقد مُنح السيد Shakhovyy حقوقاً وامتيازات بموجب توكيل رسمي مؤرخ في 26/2/2013 . وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
