ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على القانون رقم 25 تاريخ 8/10/2008 قانون الانتخابات النيابية لا سيما المادة 78 منه، وتعديله بالقانون رقم 59 تاريخ 27/12/2008،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9968 تاريخ 4/3/2013 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب، وتعديله بالمرسوم رقم 10227 تاريخ 6/4/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:
