-في التعديل- ان شركة BOROUGE PTE.LTD المسجلة بتاريخ 16/2/2002، تحت رقم 2200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/6/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7034/2013، بأنه قد قررت تعيين السيد سيف خلفان ماجد منيع الروميثي، كمدير للمكتب التمثيلي في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. وذلك بموجب الملخص المصدق لقرار المدراء الخطي المتخذ في 25/11/2012 . واشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
