-في التعديل- ان شركة NetAdvantage FZ - LLC. المسجلة بتاريخ 18/7/2012، تحت رقم 2673(بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 31/5/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6382/2013، بأنه تقرر، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 15/4/2012، نقل كافة الالتزامات والمطلوبات، والحقوق العائدة للشركة، بما في ذلك على سبيل الذكر لا الحصر حقوق الملكية الفكرية، والعلامات التجارية، والشعارات، والمنتجات، وقوائم العملاء، ولوائح الزبائن، والموجبات الى شركة NETADVANTAGE JLT بمجرد تأسيس الشركة. وبموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة شركة NETADVANTAGE JLT، المنعقد في 1/9/2012، تقرر قبول المقررات الواردة في محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة شركة Netadvantage FZ - LLC وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
