ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 1395/ب تاريخ 6/7/2013،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد اسكندر الفراد الشمالي باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة سهيله، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد جميل خليل القاعي، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
