ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي بالتكليف رقم 2815/ب/2013 تاريخ 15/7/2013،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية كوبا - قضاء البترون - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام البترون بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية كوبا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
